Can't Find Your Deposit Transaction?

If you're unable to locate a recent deposit in your wallet transaction history, don't worry. This guide will help you understand the different scenarios and what may have happened.

  • UPI Deposits: UPI payments are only accepted from your whitelisted UPI ID.

  • Payment from Whitelisted UPI ID: The deposit should reflect instantly in your wallet.
  • Payment from Non-Whitelisted UPI ID: Your deposit will not appear in the transaction history. The amount will be automatically refunded to the sender’s UPI ID within 72 hours.

Tip: Always ensure you're using your whitelisted UPI ID for deposits.


Manual Deposit (with Reference Number Submission)

If you're using the manual deposit flow (e.g., uploading proof or reference number), the transaction can show the following statuses:

StatusWhat It Means
InitiatedA deposit order is created; waiting for you to submit the reference number.
PendingYou've submitted the reference number; we're processing it.
SuccessYour deposit is successfully credited to your wallet.
CancelledThe deposit request was cancelled or expired due to inactivity or wrong data.

Make sure to submit the correct reference number within the required time window.


Instant Deposit via Virtual Account (VAN)

We currently support:

  • Equitas Bank VAN

  • Indian Bank VAN

Note: You will see only the VAN(s) enabled for you inside the app.


If payment is made correctly:

  • From your registered bank account

  • To the correct virtual account number

→ The funds should reflect instantly in your wallet.

⚠️ If payment was made incorrectly:

  • From an unregistered bank account, or

  • To a wrong virtual account

→ The transaction will fail and won’t show up in your transaction list.


Batch Processing Delays

In rare cases (especially late night), successful instant payments may be temporarily stuck in “Initiated” status due to batch processing delays. These are usually resolved within 5–10 minutes.
